Licensed with the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) (#1799458) to conduct the business of insurance and represent the policyholder (insured) on negotiating a fair settlement since 2013.

A great majority of the people never heard of a licensed Public Insurance Adjusters.  One big reason, as of March 2020, TDI has over 120,000 Insurance Adjusters (IA) representing the insurance company and less than 1,000 licenses PIA’s representing the insured/ policyholder in Texas, other
than attorneys.

  • Schedule for a FULL Inspection – (Interior, Attic, Exterior, Roof, Site, etc),
  • Obtain core sample – (laboratory testing) – (Asbestos, Lead Base Paint, Dis-continued Products, etc),
  • Coordinate with Engineer, City Inspectors, Fire Marshall, etc.,
  • Forensic Estimating,
  • Evaluate Business Interruption Loss and Extra Expense,
  • Temporary Relocation Assistance,
  • Narrative Report,
  • Proof of Loss/ Submit,
  • Schedule with Adjuster/ Claims Examiner/ Engineers,
  • Negotiate the Claim,
  • Prepare for Appraisal/ Arbitration Process (if needed) – (additional 180+ DAYS)
